MINIATURE DONKEYS
Gentle, Adorable
& Affectionate
Because they are so
social, it is not recommended to have only one unless
you have other
equine that it can be with. Miniature donkeys are great pets
for children as they are just their size,
thus children don't feel
intimidated.
To be registered, a miniature donkey
can only be 36" tall at the withers. Most range between
30" and 36". They come in many colors; sorrel, black,
brown, spotted, white and the original gray. Donkeys are perfect for small acreages as
they can live in a small area. As long as they have shelter to get in
out of the weather, hay and fresh water, they will thrive. Learn
